We spend a lot of time making sure our tailoring is right the first time and our experienced staff can usually tell before we even cut the cloth if there is a potential problem with the supplied measurements. In this case we will always contact you before we begin tailoring your uniform. Occasionally, however, we know that sometimes things just don't go to plan. But don't worry we'll never leave you with a garment that is not suitable or that you are not happy with.
All our made to measure clothing is covered by a 30 day guarantee. We warrant all our workmanship is of the highest quality and promise to carry out any alterations free of charge on any tailored uniforms found to be ill fitting within 30 days of receipt of your completed order. In the event that you are not completely satisfied with your uniform and would prefer to return for a refund you must notify us within 7 days following the day of receipt of your order following the procedure outlined below. We will make a full refund within 30 days on faulty or shoddy workmanship. Unfortunately we cannot make refunds on worn, soiled or damaged kits.
In the first instance please email firstname.lastname@example.org stating the reason for your dissatisfaction. We often find small corrections may be all that's needed. In the event that alterations are necessary we will contact you with details of how to return the garment.
