1. CollarMeasure around the neck at its fullest part. Add ½” to find your collar size.
2. ShouldersMeasure from the tips of the shoulders.
3. ChestPass the tape around the chest. Keep the tape well up under the arms and over the shoulder blades.
4. WaistMeasure around your waist passing the tape measure over your naval.
5. SeatMeasure all the way around the prominence of the seat.
6. ThighMeasure around the thigh at its fullest.
7. Nape to WaistMeasure down the contour of your back from your collar to the area roughly opposite your naval.
8. Sleeve LengthMeasure down the outside of your arm from the tip of your shoulder to the cuff.
9. Inside LegIn your stocking feet measure from well up into the crotch down the inside of your leg to the floor.
HeightIn stocking feet measure parallel from the top of your head to the floor.
