When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable. By submitting your order you are agreeing to be bound by the terms and conditions of sale. Made to measure clothing is not bound by standard distant selling regulations and by placing an order for made to measure clothing you are entering into a contract with us and consenting to have us carry out the necessary work without further communication.
Made to measure clothing is covered by a 30 day guarantee. We warrant all our workmanship is of the highest quality and promise to carry out any alterations free of charge on any tailored uniforms found to be ill fitting within 30 days of receipt of your completed order. In the event that you are not completely satisfied with your uniform and would prefer to return for a refund you must notify us within 7 days following the day of receipt of your order following the procedure outlined below. We will make a full refund within 30 days on faulty or shoddy workmanship. Unfortunately we cannot make refunds on worn, soiled or damaged kits.
We will accept the return of non-tailored items only if they are unopened and in their original condition. You must notify us of your intent within 7 days after the day you receive your order. A full refund will be made within 30 days of cancellation. We require our customers to cover the cost of returning unwanted orders. A deduction will be made from the refund for the collection of unwanted goods not returned by the customer.
Refunds or suitable replacements will be offered on all goods found to be of unsuitable quality. This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights. If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because it is defective, we will be happy to refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you and your costs in returning it to us.
For Made-to-Measure items please email email@example.com stating the reason for your dissatisfaction and we will contact you with details of the return procedure.
For all other items please enclose a note giving the reason for the return, wrap the package securely and send the package to the address below. In the case of a defective product, please provide a full description of the fault and return the defective item in its original box (if any), with all warranty cards, licences, manuals and accessories. For orders over £300 we can offer terms over 3 months starting on acceptance of your order and debited from your nominated payment facility at subsequent monthly intervals.
All prices are denominated in (GB) Pounds Sterling. Vat at current UK rates (currently 20%) will be added to all orders. VAT refunds will be given to all qualifying personnel on receipt of a properly authorised exemption form. (Vat exemption forms can be downloaded from the VAT exemption page on this site).
Because our uniforms are hand cut and tailored to your measurements they take time to produce. So please be patient. We make every effort to despatch your kit as soon as we can. With the standard delivery option your kit will usually be dispatched within 28 working days.
If for any reason you need your uniform sooner we offer a Priority option. With a Priority option your uniform will be placed on priority status. Your kit will usually be dispatched within 14 working days.
For made to measure items UK mainland we use a courier service that enables us to track your order at any time. From despatch deliveries in the UK are usually within 2 days.
Medals, badges and accessories usually despatched within 5 working days. You will be notified if for any reason there will be a delay in processing your order.
For NI and BFPO we use Royal Mail Parcel Force insured delivery. Usually 2-5 days from despatch. Because of the special nature of the BFPO service we have no way to guarantee the date of delivery once the courier has handed over the parcel. The BFPO service has its own deadlines for holidays and special events. You can check the BFPO deadlines and get more information from the BFPO website www.bfpo.org.uk
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
