We have tried to make the ordering process as simple and stress free as possible and all our made-to-measure uniforms come with a 30 day no-quibble guarantee. So don't worry we've got you covered!
In the unlikely event you are not completely satisfied with your uniform we promise to make any alterations you require free of charge within the first 30 days of the receipt of your uniform.
1. In the first instance always contact our sales department on +44 (0)113 2889944 or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
2. Please supply your original order number, name and address, along with details of the problem. It may be helpful for you to send us photographs to help us see the problem.
3. Upon receipt of your query we will contact you with details of how to return your garment to us*. All garments must be returned within the first 30 days of receiving your order.
* Postage costs will be refunded only where the error is on our part.
For non-tailored items We will accept returns only if they are in their original condition and packaging.

You must notify us of your intent to return an item within 7 days from the day you receive your order. A full refund will be made within 30 days of receipt by us of returned items. In the case of unwanted goods, we require our customers to cover the cost of returning items.
