No-Quibble Tailoring Guarantee

Goodalls Tailors have been successfully operating a self-measure mess dress ordering service for over 20 years. We have tried to make the ordering process as simple and stress free as possible and all our made-to-measure uniforms come with a 30 day no-quibble guarantee. So don't worry we've got you covered!

Free Alteration Service

In the unlikely event you are not completely satisfied with your uniform we promise to make any alterations you require free of charge within the first 30 days of the receipt of your uniform.

Alterations Procedure

1. In the first instance please email sales@goodallstailors.co.uk and confirm your original order number, name and address, along with details of the problem.

2. Upon receipt of your query we will contact you and may ask for photographs of the issue before asking you to return your garment to us for alteration*.

We will always endeavour to correct any issues within 1 week of receiving the garment back.

* Postage costs will be refunded only where the error is on our part.

Returns and Refunds

Made-to-Measure Garments

Unfortunately as each uniform is made to the clients specific measurements we cannot give refunds for the cancellation of an order once the garment has gone into production.

Other Items

For non-tailored items we will accept returns only if they are in their original condition and packaging.

You must notify us of your intent to return an item within 7 days from the day you receive your order. A full refund will be made within 30 days of receipt by us of returned items.

*In the case of unwanted goods, we require our customers to cover the cost of returning items.
