Received my mess dress in good time packaging was really good and was in good condition when opened fits perfect with a little room play and to tighten. Really happy with the customer service also as any questions were answered quickly by mark thank you.
I ordered a set of court mounted miniature medals and a single miniature medal. They were delivered 48 hours after I ordered them and the quality is spot on. Great service.
I had two sets of miniature medals made for my grandsons. I was a little hesitant, having experienced poor quality work from military tailors over the years. However, dealing with Mark I was convinced through his swift response to my emails and the content, that I was dealing with someone who cared. On receiving the medals, I could not have been more delighted with the work and attention to detail. Not only is the work 5 star, the prices are highly competitive.
Absolutely fantastic service, whole heartedly recommend! I needed a new set of mess dress and although hesitant about self-measuring, it fits absolutely perfectly, with easy to follow directions and being honest/getting a hand. Although the date was uncertain that I'd need it for, I paid for expedition just in case and it must have been with me within a couple of weeks! I cannot fault them at all.

Fantastic service and would highly recommend. I used their self measure service which I was a little hesitant of before I took the plunge, I needn't have been. Everything arrived fitting perfectly except for my waist coat which was slightly large. I was able to return this for alteration with no fuss or bother and it came back in good time.
