Tailored Uniforms

Because our uniforms are hand cut and tailored to your measurements they take time to produce. We make every effort to despatch your kit as soon as we can.

We use Royal Mail tracked service for all tailored uniforms, larger items and small parcels. Royal Mail will email tracking details to the address you provide at checkout. From despatch deliveries in the UK are usually within 2 days. Delivery estimates for NI are normally 2-5 days.

Currently the expected turnaround for new orders of tailored uniforms are:

* Please note: Expected delivery is based on our own overnight courier service. BFPO deliveries may take longer (see below for details).

Small Items

Where possible smaller items are posted out with Royal Mail. We always aim to despatch orders within 2 working days. For safety please allow up to 5 working days for despatch. We will notify you if there is a problem processing you order.

Security

Goodalls tailors are committed to your security and all orders despatched by us are sent in unmarked packaging with no military indicators used on packaging.

Missing Deliveries

We aim to dispatch all orders promptly and deliver within the estimated timeframes stated at checkout. Delivery times are provided as estimates only and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as courier delays or adverse weather. Ownership of the goods passes to you once payment has been received in full and delivery has been completed to the address provided.

You are responsible for ensuring that the delivery details supplied are accurate and that someone is available to receive the order.If you have not received your order within a reasonable time after the estimated delivery date, please contact us as soon as possible so we can investigate and resolve the issue.

Failure to inform us within a reasonable period may limit our ability to trace or replace missing items. If a delivery is refused or undeliverable due to incorrect address information, additional charges may apply for redelivery. We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from delays in delivery, except where caused by our negligence or breach of contract.

BFPO Deliveries

Because of the special nature of the BFPO service we have no way to guarantee delivery dates once your consignment has been handed over to the BFPO service. The BFPO service has its own deadlines for holidays and special events. More information about BFPO schedules and deadlines can be found at the BFPO website.
